Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of www.scifullscope.com and the SCI Fullscope recruiting platform, provided by SCI Fullscope LLC ("SCI Fullscope", "we"). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the company you represent. A signed agreement between your company and SCI Fullscope takes priority over these terms where they differ.

Accounts

• You must give accurate information and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity in your account.
• Your company's workspace owner controls who has access and what role they have.

Subscriptions

Plans, prices and limits are shown on the Plans page or in your order. Fees are billed in advance for each period and are not refundable except where required by law or agreed in writing. Upgrades take effect right away; downgrades take effect at the end of the current period.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the platform only for lawful recruiting, and not to:

• send emails that are misleading, harassing, or that ignore an opt-out;
• upload information you have no right to use, or classified or controlled information;
• try to reach another customer's data, disrupt the service, or get around its limits or security;
• resell or copy the platform.

You are responsible for complying with employment, anti-discrimination, privacy and email laws that apply to your recruiting.

Your data

You keep ownership of the information you put into the platform. You give us permission to host and process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You confirm that you have the right to use the candidate information you upload.

AI features

AI-drafted emails, fit scores and summaries are suggestions. A person on your team reviews them before anything is sent, and your team makes all hiring decisions. Clearance and polygraph details are claims until your company verifies them.

Connected accounts

If you connect a Microsoft 365 or Gmail mailbox, or sign in with Microsoft or Google, you authorize the platform to use that access as described in the Privacy Policy. You can disconnect at any time.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the platform available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve or change features, and will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce what your plan includes.

Ending use

Monthly plans have a 6-month minimum commitment and then continue month to month; you can cancel at the end of any billing period after the first 6 months. Yearly plans are paid upfront for 12 months at 30% off the monthly price. We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms or non-payment. After an account ends, you can ask us to export your data within 30 days, after which we may delete it.

Disclaimers and liability

The platform is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, SCI Fullscope is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
