Good to know

Do I need Microsoft 365?

Yes. Outreach goes out from mailboxes in your own Microsoft 365, so candidates see your domain and replies land in your Outlook.

Does it email anyone automatically?

Only follow-ups after a recruiter approves the first email, and a booking-link reply to candidates who say they're interested. You can turn that off.

What does the AI see?

The new text of each reply and the resumes you upload. It records a disposition and a short note; it never sends email itself.
