How it works
Three steps, and the third one runs by itself.
The AI reads it into requirements: clearance, polygraph, must-have skills, location, years. You confirm. That takes about a minute.
A public version is written from the approved facts only: never the customer, program or internal notes. You publish under your name or as a confidential cleared contractor.
The page is prepared for Google and listed here. Applications land on the requisition, resume scanned and read, candidate scored against your requirements, recruiter notified.
What you get
Server-rendered pages with job-posting structured data, a canonical address and a sitemap Google reads. Category pages for every role and state with live listings link to yours. Closed jobs come down the same day.
Every application belongs to the requisition it was made for, inside your workspace. Nobody else, including other employers on the board, sees them.
Scores every applicant and your existing talent against the real requirements, drafts outreach for your approval, follows up, schedules calls around your calendar, and writes the submission email to your program manager.
Ask for support on a requisition and our sourcing team actively searches for people aligned with its clearance, experience and location requirements, and sends you the ones who fit, with their permission, as a separate submission.
Clearance on a resume is treated as a claim until a person records a verification. Nothing emails a candidate without a person approving it. Downloads, exports, sharing and changes to a record are kept in an audit trail.
List as a confidential cleared contractor and introduce yourself when you reach out. The customer and program are never on a public page.
Plans from $2,000 a month.
Essentials covers three active requisitions. Public listings and the board are on Professional and up. Six-month term, or a year paid up front at 30% off. No per-posting fees, no placement fees on the cards.

Questions employers ask
- Can we post without naming our company?
- Yes. Choose confidential and the page says "a cleared government contractor". You introduce yourself when you contact the candidate.
- Who sees the applications?
- Only people in your workspace. SCI Fullscope staff see them only if you ask for recruiting support on that requisition.
- Do you charge per hire?
- Not for the platform. Hands-on recruiting by SCI Fullscope is agreed separately.
- How fast is a listing live?
- As soon as you approve it. Google is told the same minute; when it appears in results is up to Google.
